Care & Repair for Embroidered Garments

Each ZALXNDRA Resort dress is a celebration of heritage craftsmanship and artistic expression. Created with care in our Ukrainian atelier, these garments deserve attentive care to preserve their beauty and integrity over time.

1. Care Recommendations

To maintain the quality and longevity of your embroidered linen dress:

• — Dry clean or hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent
• — Do not wring or twist the fabric
• — Avoid direct sunlight
• — Iron on low heat with a protective cloth between iron and embroidery
  

2. Paid Repairs

We offer a paid repair service for eligible cases of damage or wear, including:

• — Unraveled embroidery due to wear
• — Torn or damaged fabric
• — Replacing closures or hardware
• — Restitching or seam reinforcement

Our team will evaluate your piece and provide a quote before beginning any repairs. Work only begins with your written approval.

3. Exclusions

The following are not covered under our repair services:

• — Damage due to improper washing, bleaching, or ironing
• — Garments altered by third parties
• — Significant discoloration or staining
• — Shrinkage due to incorrect laundering
• — General wear beyond reasonable repair

4. Turnaround Time

Repair times vary by complexity, generally ranging from 2–5 weeks. We’ll notify you if more time is required.

5. Shipping & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• — Sending garments securely packaged
• — Shipping and insurance fees
• — Ensuring the parcel is traceable

ZALXNDRA is not liable for lost or damaged items in transit.

6. Bespoke Alterations

We can offer limited alterations, such as adjusting length or fit, on select pieces. Please note that any custom alteration may affect the original design and is completed at the customer's risk.
