Tracking Your Order

  • — As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:
    • • Your tracking number
    • • The courier name
    • • A direct tracking link
  • — You can also track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?

  • — Check your spam or promotions folder
  • — Then email us at info@zalxndra.com with your order number — we’ll assist you right away

Shipping Time Estimates

  • UAE (All Emirates): Same-day or next-day delivery
  • GCC: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days
  • — Custom or made-to-order items may take longer — you’ll be notified accordingly

Concierge Orders

  • — If you're using our Concierge Service, our team will contact you directly to arrange:
    • • Private delivery appointment
    • • In-person handover & settlement (if applicable)
    • • Live updates via WhatsApp or phone
