Q: How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly on our website by selecting your desired item, choosing your size or variation, and completing checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.
We also offer in-person settlement for select high-value pieces as part of our ZALXNDRA Concierge Service. This includes private appointment delivery and payment upon handover — available by request within the UAE and select international cities.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Email info@zalxndra.com as soon as possible with your order number.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes — ZALXNDRA ships worldwide from our UAE base. Delivery times and rates vary depending on your location and service level.
Q: How long does shipping take?
UAE: Same-day or next-day delivery available across all Emirates.
GCC: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Express services may be available at checkout. For time-sensitive orders, please contact info@zalxndra.com.
Q: Will I be charged customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to local customs, import taxes, or VAT. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout unless otherwise noted.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags and certificates.
Q: Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. The following are final sale and non-returnable:

Most ZALXNDRA Resort dresses are crafted using a blend of hand embroidery and fine machine embroidery — balancing artisanal tradition with modern precision. Select designs are fully hand-embroidered by artisans in our atelier, each stitch reflecting care, story, and heritage.
Q: How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing guide. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance — we’re happy to help.
Q: How should I care for my ZALXNDRA pieces?
Avoid contact with perfumes, moisture, and harsh chemicals. Visit our Care & Repair page for more details and maintenance support.

Q: Do you offer private viewings or in-person service?
Yes. For select garments, we offer a discreet Concierge Service, including:
