These Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made on www.zalxndraresort.com (the “Site”) and form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “the customer”) and ZALXNDRA (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Conditions.

1. Eligibility to Purchase
- — Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country of residence
- — Provide a valid delivery address and payment method
- — Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
2. Product Availability and Descriptions
All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. While we make every effort to accurately represent our products, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to photography or screen differences.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items without prior notice.
3. Orders and Acceptance

- — The order is only considered accepted once you receive a shipping confirmation email
- — We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions
4. Pricing and Taxes
- — Prices are shown in your selected currency and include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated
- — International orders may incur customs duties, import fees, or VAT
- — Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated
- — We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected
5. Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure digital payment options. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected method of payment.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide from the United Arab Emirates or through approved logistics partners. Delivery estimates depend on destination, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.
Risk of loss and title transfer upon delivery. ZALXNDRA is not liable for external delays beyond our control.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery if:
- — The item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging
- — Non-returnable exclusions (e.g. custom, final sale) are clearly stated on the product page
To initiate a return, email info@zalxndra.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
8. Defects and Warranty
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- — Notify us within 7 days of delivery
- — Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
- — We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion
Normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered.
9. Personalized and Custom Orders
Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless defective. Please confirm all details before placing such orders.
10. Gift Cards and Store Credit
- — Non-refundable and non-transferable
- — Cannot be exchanged for cash
- — Expire only if specified at the time of issuance
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZALXNDRA is not liable for:
- — Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- — Loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury from product use
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the item in question.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
