These Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made on www.zalxndraresort.com and form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “the customer”) and ZALXNDRA Resort (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

• — You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country
• — Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information
• — Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify, or discontinue products without notice.

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, materials, and display differences.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• — Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance
• — Acceptance occurs upon dispatch confirmation
• — We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud

4. Pricing & Payments

• — Prices are shown in the selected currency
• — Payment must be authorized before processing
• — Cash on Delivery is available within the UAE
• — We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally using trusted logistics partners.

• — Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• — Same-day delivery may be available in Dubai for eligible orders
• — International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or VAT

ZALXNDRA Resort is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect customer information.

6. Risk & Delivery

Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may result in additional charges or restrictions.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items include:

• — Made-to-order items
• — Gift cards or store credit
• — Items marked Final Sale

Returns are free within the UAE. International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• — We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable

9. Order Cancellations

• — Orders may be cancelled before processing
• — Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
• — Refused Cash on Delivery orders may result in future restrictions

10. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, imagery, and branding are the exclusive property of ZALXNDRA and may not be used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
